At Byndle, every gifting cake is handcrafted to order with care and intention. Because each piece is made specifically for you, no two are exactly alike — and that's what makes them special.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom, handmade nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed. We encourage you to review your order details carefully before submitting.

Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of placing your order may be eligible for a refund, minus a small processing fee to cover materials and transaction costs. Cancellation requests made after 24 hours cannot be accommodated as production will have begun.

Production & Processing Time

Please allow up to 12 business days from order confirmation for your gifting cake to be completed. This ensures every detail is assembled with the care your order deserves.

Need it sooner? Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order to check availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your order arrives damaged or contains an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

• A photo of the damage or issue

• Your order details

We will work with you to make it right.
